I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and looked amazing. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities, including a small market and bakery where I could get fresh croissants and delicious coffee in the morning. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also ideal, with beautiful beaches and great restaurants nearby. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.
Nothing not to like.

Good location really close to Koukounaries beach, the best beach on the island, and the room was spotless. Very-very nice and pleasant staff and the stay was fantastic. Satisfied with fruit available. A shower, a hairdryer, and a spa bathtub were a bonus. The apartment was 10 minutes walk away from Jasteri Restaurant & Bar.

Loved the spacious apartment with a huge balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun. Also enjoyed the mini market-coffee shop, great for my caffeine fix and grabbing a quick bite. Oh, and let's not forget the thrilling experience of having the whole place to myself!
Oh, absolutely nothing to complain about! It was all sunshine and rainbows during my stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided was a highlight, with a generous amount of delicious food to start the day. The staff were friendly and even gave us a welcome gift upon arrival.
There was no pool or bar on site, which was a bit disappointing. We had hoped to relax by the pool and enjoy some drinks without having to venture out.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was within walking distance to beautiful beaches and had easy access to transportation options. We loved how convenient it was to have a market nearby where we could grab snacks and drinks. The hotel also had great amenities like air conditioning and mosquito screens, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The room was not as clean as we expected, with dusty surfaces and stained linens. This took away from the overall romantic atmosphere we were hoping for.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with modern and comfortable furniture, and even complimentary wine and fruit! The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants, and the supermarket on site was so convenient for all our needs. The staff, especially the owner Chrisa, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

We absolutely loved the air-conditioned apartments at Aspa Victoria in Troulos. The kitchenette with a mini fridge and cooking hobs was perfect for us as a young family. The balcony facing the surrounding mountains was a breathtaking view to wake up to. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player kept us entertained during our downtime. The spacious bathroom with a spa bath was a luxurious treat. We also appreciated the furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. we felt like the room had everything we needed.
I personally found the 42" or 50" TV in the studio a bit too big for my taste. But I understand that others might enjoy it.

Stayed in new location, excellent design, big beds, nice kitchen, two toilets. Excellent mozzie screens and A/C. On-site shop with fresh pastries, cold drinks. Close to beach, tavernas. Maid service, free safe.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
